Position title: Receptionist

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude;
• Assisting clients in finding their way around the office;
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxingPreparing meeting and training rooms;
• Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary;
• Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks;
• Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls;
• Sorting and distributing mail;
• Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain event calendars;
• Provide excellent customer service.
• High education;
• Fluent in Azerbaijani language, English and Russian;
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
• Hands-on experience with office equipment;
• Professional attitude and appearance;
• Solid written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
• Customer service attitude.
