Job title: HR Operations Specialist
HR Operations Sn. Specialist will deal with Compensation, Benefits, Migration and HR operations issues.

Reporting to: HR Manager

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure staff Hiring through EGOV system
• Preparation of personal folders according to company policy
• Payroll management (local and expatriate staff), including salary and vacation calculation, orders and government reports preparation (Pension Fund, Statistics, TAX report-monthly, quarterly, yearly.
• Migration issues monitoring and support including preparation of documents for State Migration Service. Visa issues support.
• Apply company compensation and benefits policies;
• Work with Life insurance company on reporting and updating current employees data, new hires, and terminations in regard to compulsory life insurance and other relevant programs;
• Analyzing and prepare necessary data as per request;
• Working with HR team over development and implementation policies, procedures, and/or processes that support broader talent acquisition strategies and hiring;
• Respond to employee inquiries in regard to HR related issues within job role;
• Recruitment (preparation of job descriptions, CV screening, examination, interviews, data maintenance, strategies and materials) in conjunction with HR manager;
• Participate in HR Projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Economy or Finance
• This position requires min 2 years of overall experience working in payroll management or HR operations;
• Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijan Republic Labour Code and Tax legislation ;
• Proficient in English, Russian and Azeri;
• Advanced Excel user
• Telecom, IT related experience is highly preferred
